2 weeks in founders inc building maglev!

Everything’s been moving insanely fast - finding more clarity. We work with the best hardware founders and run pilots with them. We’re seeing amazing conversions and a vast space that we feel excited to explore. Need more clarity and simpler vision.

Feeling extremely lucky to be working alongside extremely cool and ambitious people.

Everyday I wake up, wash my face, brush my teeth and run to the Bart station. I took an hour train to fort mason and take some coffee. And then all I think about is work until 2AM, I uber back home. I shower, set my Claude on a loop and go to sleep. And it repeats daily. I have experienced some sort of exhaustion but still feeling motivated.

Starting something is of course an outward process but I would say it’s equally introspective.
